Different, Interesting ,Fast paced

Foresight is a book that is interesting and fast paced from start to finish. The author, EJ McBride, obviously has a vivid imagination and the writing skill to transfer her creative thoughts into a non standard cast of characters and situations; especially Clara who has the ability to read minds and is well developed as someone you have a continuing interest in.
The book could use some light editing,for example a character at a roulette wheel is said to be getting ready to throw the dice,but these few items don't spoil the story.
I will move on to book two in the trilogy. If you enjoy action, adventure, thriller, type of books you will love Foresight.

Can't wait for the next book!

This was a unique thriller/mystery about a young woman who read minds who is recruited by a special operations force and trained to infiltrate organizations. She is then excepted to use her special gift to gain access to important information. I read a lot of books (and decide not to read many books because they are predictable etc..) . This book was captivating, creative and worth reading x 10.

Worth Reading

Though the main character isn't likeable at first, her relationships and back story can easily change the way the reader feels about her.
The story holds surprises here and there that manage to keep the reader clueless as to what will happen next and becomes very suspenseful in this way.
There is one consistency in this book that may bother some readers: The way three of the Russian men speak. It's done in such a generic way that it would be difficult to differentiate them if not for their names.
By the last chapter, most readers will care about her. Which, considering the way she is introduced in the beginning, is the sign of a skilled writer.
