Rosato Fabbri, 50 years old, has been the IT Manager for Need s.r.l. for the last 10 years. Need's network is entirely based on FortiGate appliances and on secure VPNs over the Internet. Rosato used his first FortiGate in 2003 and for him it was "love at first sight". He fully used the competitive advantage of Fortinet technology, both in functionalities and in features and that advantage made Need a use case, enabling the company to gain the trust of its customers and adding a lead over competitors.

Fabrizio Volpe

Fabrizio Volpe has worked in the Iccrea Banking Group since 2000, as Network and Systems Administrator. Since 2011 he has been awarded the Microsoft MVP on Directory Services from Microsoft, and his focus is on Windows systems, security, and unified communications. Since the year 2000 Fabrizio has delivered speeches at many events and conferences (both Italian and international). The book covers some of the fundamental fortigate-isms, but fails to really go into any sort of meaningful depth or detail of the topics covered. The examples are somewhat less than basic. I bought it as an amazon ebook although it's currently half the price as an ebook at packt publishing. It's probably only worth the pakt publishing price. I'm already looking for another book. For $5 I think it's a fair trade. For $10 it's probably a pass.

I think were the author looking to hone their talents on creating an introductory work for Fortigate, a comparable work that might be a good model would be Buechler and Pingle's: PFSense: The Definitive Guide.

Hope there's a sequel

Well, I got this while looking for Skinny Bitches Diet books, sort of fits but was clearly a chic-lit novel. I figured it was a self publish because of the cover, but it looked fun so I got the kindle version.

I'm actually pretty pleased with the book. There are a few editing issues, open parenthesis and spelling errors but the writing quality is very professional and well done, that I didn't hold the editing against it.

The characters are very likeable, well the ones that are meant to be. The ones you are supposed to hate, you do, quite easily. I think it's a good idea of what life is for the 40 year old newly divorced professional trying to start a new life. Granted there are some bumps in the road, and since it's set in Boston, well actually a suburb of Boston, you do get glimpses into the anorexic attitudes from the severely rich and bored. However our heroine does not succumb to the 'don't eat' attitude and may not be jumping for joy over her curves, she certainly feels they are a realistic part of herself and will sit right where they are. It is however a bit sad that her group of close friends has a running joke over their high society friends/acquaintances who clearly have an eating disorder. But you don't feel much sympathy for them either.

I think some might find the pace of the story to be a bit slow moving, it does tend to go about her daily routine, but I didn't mind that because it gave you a glimpse into her social life and how easily she made friends and such. It also gave you a glimpse into a real life. It wasn't the typical chic lit of 'omgeverythingishappeningallatonceanditstragedyafteranother!' experience that tends to happen in every chic lit book. It was a real and believable story about an average woman. We work, it's kinda boring, we hang out with our pals and gossip, we complain about work, we have kids, pets, irritating people we have to deal with, and end up having to care or deal with irritating situations. It was nice. It's not a paranormal story, it's not a story about a rich 20 something who ends up having a huge awesome job in Manhattan, it's about a real woman who has her normal life. And she's successful. She has lovely friends, an awesome child, an idiot ex-husband, and a job she isn't crazy about but that pays the bills. And there's nothing wrong or boring about that. I like it.

For me, it's a very interesting look into Boston living. And I liked how Pippin was able to use their issues and status against them. I have grown to really like these characters, I really hope she makes a sequel.

Miss Janet, kudos to you on your great American novel. I wish there were more story at the end. I think if you are sad to find the last page it was time well spent reading the previous ones. I look forward to another story from you if your family can stand more pop tart dinners.

I couldn't stop reading. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't love political correctness, but rather values honesty and common sense. Pippin reminds me of my best friend and I wish more women were like her.

Excellent Book To Plan Your Year

This book walks you through, step-by-step, organizing your goals for the upcoming year. This will be the third year I use this book to track my progress with not only career goals, but family, spiritual, health, relationship and learning goals as well. As a result of tracking my progress using this book, I have tripled my income, lost 40 pounds, improved my relationship with my wife and family and I exercise regularly.

McNair, Ph.D., CPA: Dr. McNair holds the KPMG Peat Marwick Professorship of Accounting at Mississippi State University, (MSU) and received her Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Mississippi. Her research has been published in the Journal of Accountancy, Management Accounting, and the Business and Professional Ethics Journal.

Philip R. Olds, Ph.D., CPA: Dr. Olds is Professor of Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University, and received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University.

Thomas P. Edmonds, Ph.D.: Dr. Edmonds is Professor of Accountancy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, (UAB). He has been actively involved in teaching accounting principles throughout his academic career. He has received several prestigious teaching awards, including the UAB President’s Excellence in Teaching Award and the distinguished Ellen Gregg Ingalls Award for excellence in classroom teaching. His academic experience includes being published in the Journal of Accounting Education, the Accounting Review, and the Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance among others. Dr. Edmonds received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Chapter 9 was very good (Financial Statement Analysis)

Not a fan of the book. It will get you through Accounting class, but it was too GD much to cover all 16 chapters in a 5 week summer MBA class at NC State. Chapter 9 was very good (Financial Statement Analysis).

Price fixing at its finest.

We all know know by now that these publishing companies try to take your money. 230 for a book that's exactly the same as a previous edition where the only difference are the practice problems/examples in it. Not to mention that this book is FILLED with errors and incorrect questions and answers. I find at least one per chapter. With a book at this price there should be none. If you have to get this book though, PLEASE go and buy the international version if you can find it. It's exactly the same, word for word. The only difference is that it's softcover and insanely cheaper. I paid 40 for it new. Don't let these publishing companies get the best of you by taking your money and convincing you that you need to spend astronomical amount of money to further your education.

This was a waste of money. I was under the impression that this book came with the much needed connect code. I just had to pay another $125 with connect and access to the ebook is included. I don't want this anymore and truly I want my money back. It's a rip off!
